KOMPAZ Netherlands Foundation helps healthcare and welfare institutions with the appropriate implementation of self-management support for their patients, clients, and informal caregivers. Supporting self-management is a collaborative effort. IFOZ established KOMPAZ in collaboration with MUMC+.
